Concern:
Tool storage can become quite disorganized, making it harder for workers to find the tools they need, when they need them.

Countermeasure:
Shadow boards with images of tools in the place where they belong encourage proper placement of tools in their designated storage place and also make it easy to identify which tools may be missing.
